「Very nice place. Clean, new lots of parking, easy to find. Well furnished, comfortable. Only complaint is that the beds come unmade and I didn’t know that in advance. We got there late after a long day and then had to figure out where the sheets were and make the beds. Also the 2nd bed in one room was a trundle bed, I was under the impression it was a regular twin bed. I believe I asked if there were two beds in the room and was told yes. It’s always pristine, in a great location, extremely quiet neighborhood, great mountain views and Pearl Lake is right down the street, which is a great little spot. Love the serenity and tranquility of this cabin, but it’s also close enough to Woodsville, Littleton and Franconia where you can pretty much get everything. 「I stayed (with my 2 pups) in a cabin. It was AMAZING. Clean, easy access to hiking & the Kangamangus. I was close to a brook, and while there was another cabin close by, it was quiet and I felt very safe. It was bit of a walk (3-4 minutes) to the bath house (my cabin was literally the furthest away), but a small price to pay for a beautiful stay. 」

「Beautiful cabin! We can see ourselves being snowed in for a week! Beautiful location, isolated, but not so isolated if you had an emergency. Hot tub was a definite plus too! Just to see the stars again with a camp fire was awesome! My wife and I just loved the whole experience!! 」

「This cabin was lovely. Plenty of room, privacy, a calming stream to listen to while having coffee on the huge porch in the mornings. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of entertainment. My only recommendation is do not take Melvin Rd. Our GPS directed us there and we were lucky we made it. The main road to the restaurant is the best route. 」

「The house was great for multiple families! Great kitchen to cook in. I was only nervous with the railing on the beautiful covered porch with the 3 year old. But if it was changed it would interfere with your view of the waterfall. Only 10 minutes to a grocery store and I93 but without any noise of either! Easy to go on daily adventures. Even some Gravel Riding. 」

「Under location and neighborhood, I couldn’t quite give it five stars because it is off an unpaved road and has a nice sized steep inclined driveway which ended up popping one of my sister’s car tires. However, that is the only negative that can be said! The owners were great at communicating back and forth with us prior and during our stay. 「This was a great find! I was looking for a place to stay that had a separate room for my son and a kitchen, that was close to everything. This little cabin was perfect. Very clean, new interior. Had a private back yard, with a picnic table, fire pit and a brook. I loved sitting by the brook in the mornings enjoing my morning coffee.
