"The staff gave us a room that was not the one I booked. The towels were smelly, and the bed was itchy."

"Staff was not friendly upon check in. Next, the two rooms we rented had a very large gap at the top of the main doors. Even when locked it looked as if they were open. You could hear everything outside & it was simply not a safe feeling. I was awoken at 6AM to the smell of cigarettes like someone was smoking in the room next door. It was disgusting. Very disappointing all around."

"It says that they have a restaurant, but they do not. I didn’t see the pool, but on an aerial map, it shows it behind the middle part of the property, which I don’t think is being used at all. It looks abandoned. The far end of the property appears to be residences. "
