「Stayed here overnight after visiting family in Derby , check in and out easy, friendly reception staff. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. Good very clean comfortable good stay. 」

「We stayed the this property for one night and was not disappointed. From the minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who showed us to our gorgeous room for the night. The interior decor of the room was beautifully thought through and fet cosy and homely. We were provided with a selection of coffee pods to use on with the coffee machine, whilst also having milk and a bottle of water available in the fridge. 「思ったよりもずっと大きな施設だった。旅行者だけでなく、ビジネスでの長期滞在者も少なくない印象。廊下を走る学生（らしき）もいた。 部屋も十分広いがヒーターが小さく、肌寒かった。清潔で広く、良さそうな部屋なのに不思議と居心地が良くなかった。コインランドリーは「トークン」を受付でもらって利用する。（無料）乾燥機もあり、とても便利だった。 夕方着いたので近くのスーパーで買い物、キッチンで温めて食べたが、翌日行ったガスストリート周辺は夜賑わってそうで、そちらに行けば良かったと思った。 駅やガスストリート、バーミンガム美術館へも歩いて行けた。 決して悪くなくむしろ長期滞在には勧められるが、次回はもっと駅に近い場所を選ぶと思う。」
