「We got to the hotel at midday. The staff at the reception was super helpful. I was only wondering if we can use the pool before check-in - travelling with two young kids. The staff (sorry I didn't ask her name) kindly let us check-in to our room early. The outdoor area is super chill. The pool was enough for kids to play.
