"Very comfortable beds, blackout screen for sleeping is great. Housekeeping has to improve in both rooms and hallways. Dirty glasses and towels were left in the room and no vacuuming or dusting was done. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful "

"Very nice location for 1st time travels as we were just across from McGill University and a very direct route to the Mount Royal lookout (lots of steps). Although we didn’t do much via the hotel amenities, it was unfortunate the hotel pool area was out of order! This is a decently dated hotel in terms of rooms but we did have plenty of space for a 2bedroom suite (basically 3 connecting rooms) and that was perfect for our family of 4! Would recommend primarily for the location and need it essential space! Definitely would have enjoyed if there were newer amenities or upgrades to the property!"

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le fait qu'elle soit surveillée. J'ai apprécié le service du personnel au restaurant qui nous servait le café et nous accueillait au déjeuner. Le vaste choix offert dans le brunch du déjeuner était satisfaisant. J'ai choisi l'hôtel Radisson car l'acceptation des animaux dans la chambre était offert contre des frais raisonnable. Par contre, aucune porte dont la porte 7 est automatisée et ne permet pas d'entrée dans l'hôtel facilement; les portes sont difficiles à ouvrir. Mais surtout, j'ai été déchue de la propreté dans la chambre en général car la propreté de la salle de bain était déficiente. Il y avait une colonie de fourmis sur le plancher dans la chambre en soirée."
