"Overall, we had a really great experience and would absolutely stay here again. The staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was one of our favorite parts—it’s tucked away from the chaos of the main strip while still being just a short drive to everything, which made it feel much more relaxing. My only minor criticisms would be: * Parking can become limited when the hotel is fully booked, and there is an additional daily fee for parking. * Guests staying in the kitchen units are required to pay a refundable $25 deposit to receive kitchen utensils and dishes, which felt a little unnecessary. * The complimentary breakfast is very basic. It includes items like bananas, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and similar grab-and-go options, but there are no hot breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, or other cooked foods. * The hot tub wasn’t very hot during our stay. * Because it’s a family-friendly resort, there were times when other guests were loud around the pool and common areas, so if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, that’s something to keep in mind. None of these issues took away from our overall experience. The property was clean, the staff was wonderful, and the location was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"The room we stayed in was beautiful. When I opened the door, it took my breath away. It definitely was set up for no more than 2 people though, unless you have a small child that can sleep on a loveseat. Our room just had a Murphy bed for 2, and once that was pulled down there isn’t much room. But I definitely would stay there again. It was so beautiful that I’m having a hard time deciding if I want to take a chance on a different room to get 2 things to sleep on or get the same room again. Our balcony was ocean front with a beautiful view. I can’t think of anything to complain about. LOVED IT!"

"I really enjoyed the first floor condo. The patio provided close beach access and the view was spectacular. The kitchen had a single serve Keurig and which i appreciated and the cube-like portable shelf unit was quite helpful. The brand new recliners were very comfortable. The bathroom was cute with plenty of space for my things and it had a magnifying mirror plus a full length. Plenty of space in the little closet and there was a hat rack to hang extra clothing and a drying apparatus for hanging wet towels and swimsuits. The pool was very nice and right outside the unit. Rhyse was very nice and accommodating and very prompt in returning any communications. And I must say, in the 6 or 7 years that I've been coming to Ormond, this was by far, the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in."
