「The young receptionist was sitting behind bullet proof glass and didn't greet us with a smile. She was very soft talker and I don't think she loved her job. Flyer at check in explained how they were collecting an additional $100 for security deposit for damages...that didn't seem very welcoming. The halls were marked up with plaster patches - the floor light didn't work in the room. There was only one bedside table - had to drag chair over to my side of the bed to put my photo and water. And...

「Room had trash in and on the floor. Blood stains on the pillow case. Carpet was terribly stained. Staff was very friendly and was the only positive. Would highly recommend spending a little more some place close.」

「この施設にはエレベーターがありません。2台あるベットのうち友達が利用したシーツが匂っていた為　新しいシーツをもらい自分で取り替えて寝ました。綺麗好きな人にはあまりお勧めできないかもしれません。 朝食は自分で作るワッフルがあります。」

「Staff was helpful though the old adage of ya can’t put lipstick on a pig rings true…for me it would have been worth the extra $50 to stay somewhere else. Dirty room, one towel like tissue paper, and the so called pathetic breakfast find an alternative if you can.」

「We had a medical emergency and they were great to work with. The employee who checked me in on June 4th was stellar and really embodies customer service.」

「Breakfast was great. Everything was well stocked. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. 」

「The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers.」

「Room was in an awful location. Had to listen to people coming up and down the stairs all night long, slamming the stairwell door. The room had bugs, and was in poor condition.」
