The Space:

The heart of the home is the open kitchen and dining area, which opens straight out to a courtyard spa pool - the perfect spot to relax and unwind under the stars after a day on the trails. There's a comfortable living room, central heating throughout, an expansive fenced garden with plenty of room for children to play, and a BBQ for summer evenings. It's pet-friendly too, so the dog is welcome.

Guest Access:

You'll have the whole home to yourselves - all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the private backyard with its BBQ and outdoor seating. Relax in the courtyard spa pool, and make use of the garage - which has games set up for guests - along with the free parking. The large garden is fully fenced, so it's great for kids and pets.



The Neighborhood:

Mountain Bike Manor sits in a lovely, established residential pocket of Springfield, surrounded by other quality homes. There are several beautiful walks a short stroll from the door, including the Rotorua Tree Trust tracks and, of course, the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest - a mecca for mountain biking and walking. Te Puia's geysers and Māori cultural experience are just a few minutes away, and the city centre, with its restaurants, shops and lakefront, is only about 8 minutes by car.



Getting Around:

A car is easiest here, with a garage plus free parking on the premises and on the street, and bus stops nearby that connect you to the city's key spots. By car, Te Puia is about 4 minutes away, the city centre 8, Polynesian Spa 9, and the Redwoods around 10. Rotorua Canopy Tours is roughly 11 minutes, Skyline and Zorb about 12, and Rotorua Airport around 14.



Other Things to Note:

The courtyard spa pool is there for guests to enjoy, and there are games set up in the garage too. This is a pet-friendly home with a fully fenced garden. Please note the mountain bikes at the property belong to the owners and are not available for guest use - but you're perfectly placed to bring your own or hire, with the Redwoods trails just up the road.
