We loved the upstairs living room, it was very spacious and comfortable. It’s got a lot of space. This would be a great home for a group or family with kids. The house is a little older and there were more spiders and cobwebs hanging around than I would have liked. Overall we had a comfortable stay and it was easy to drive to some of Rotorua’s main attractions.

House is located behind a school and in walking distance to a shopping complex. The attraction of having the "MOTIONS" entertainment centre that close meant our 11year old and 15year old were fully entertained. The house is very clean with open spaces where we could practice our cultural items in preparation for our show. The Host was very informative and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here for those with families. The forest is very close for those wanting a bit of adventure too. We will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Leo's Place! It felt just like being at home, nice and quiet neighborhood, super close to activities and shops. The house was tidy and spacious. Comfy beds and the spa was a great addition to our relaxing few day in Rotorua. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Property, ample heating, spa pool awesome for our netballers to recover for 2 days of netball. Washing machine and dryer perfect location to eliminate noise. Bathroom and rooms spacious. Lovely location and perfect for our needs. Greatcomms with owner!

Great Stay

We had a great stay for our family holiday, great location and property had everything we needed. The spa was a hit after a day of activites. Would definitely book again. Innlist property managers were very accommodating and helpful when we asked for heaters! Highly reccommend

The property is old but well maintained. We loved the spa and huge outdoor deck. The linen was great and comfy beds. Would like to see the pots and frypans updated/scrubbed, and rooms free of cobwebs. Regardless we would still come back!!

Fantastic spot

Leo’s place was the perfect spot for our knees up, amazing lush green surrounds and perfect for what turned out to be a rainy weekend, would be incredible on a hot one too! Huge spa, well stocked kitchen and great beds. We would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home, Thank you for letting us stay, it was perfect for our small family especially for our young children as it has safety gates, the property manager was very accommodating, the house was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. The spa was a highlight!!!!!

Nice place in a good spot

Leo's Place is good set up and well equipped for a group to enjoy a great holiday. Plenty of space to hang out inside and out. Has everything you in in well quipped kitchen and bonus facilities to store and clear bikes also. Location suited us for biking and enjoying other activities around Rotorua. Property management team were great make staying a breeze. thanks again
