"A very friendly hotel, with staff who did everything they could to help us, despite the language barrier. It is comfortable, if old fashioned in decor, which we liked. We had expected to be able to get breakfast and a beer or a glass of wine at night, neither of which was available, though you can get non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and snacks from vending machines in the foyer. The area is basically industrial but is convenient for the Pompeii ruins, which are just a 20 minute walk away."

The aspect from our room with balcony over a small square was super relaxing and helped with our enjoyment of the rich history right on our doorstep. "Really great spacious rooms. Responsive and helpful staff. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbours and parking dogs very well. Coffee shop below was awesome. There are a lot of stairs to get up to your room. By affordable Europe standards this was a great find!"
