"This home was actually part of what I would call a duplex. It was not a problem, just surprised me upon arrival. We had internet problems for the first 2 days/nights, but our host worked diligently to get it fixed. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of the floors. There was a provision to not wear shoes in the house which I found odd, but adhered to. The bottoms of my socks were really dirty after walking around in them. Again, not a reason to not stay there, but everything else appeared squeaky clean, so it was surprising. The location was perfect for us while we participated in a golf tournament nearby...3 minutes to be exact. :) We found some good restaurants just a few minutes away and others a bit further in Venice. Appreciated our host coming by and turning up the temp on the water heater so we had plenty of hot water. I would stay here again if in the area. It worked well for 3 women who wanted their own bedroom. :)"

"This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a quiet beach getaway. It was so incredibly clean, and it had all of the cleaning essentials if you forgot them. If we weren't at the beach or the pool, we were sitting on the patio watching the bunnies hop and eat. The host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly responsive. Overall, our trip was incredibly relaxing."

"We really enjoyed our visit to this property. The owner was very communicative and extremely nice! She answered my messages and my phone call immediately. We really enjoyed the pool. We were able to watch the golfers as they played through on the course which was fun. There is plenty of patio furniture to relax on.We are originally from that area and moved in 2017 to Georgia. It was nice to be able to go back and stay for a week at a reasonable price and visit our family. There are many things to do in this area. We went on a dolphin cruise, rode around Boca Grande on a golf cart and spent the day at the beach. We also went to watch the turtles hatch on the beach. They have many great restaurants. We were very comfortable in this home. And has two queen beds and two twin beds.There is only one TV in the living room, which was OK for us because we were too busy to watch TV. The refrigerator is huge and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc.We definitely would rent this property again. Thank you so much to our host!"

"This was a wonderful experience. The house was clean, beautiful, and cozy. It was referred to as "our home" during my family's stay. We both felt very comfortable with the neighborhood. The location was perfect for accessing local beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. The pool was absolutely beautiful to lounge around and swim in. It felt like a mini paradise. Right from the start, the host was friendly and helpful. If there was a question for her, she responded right away with helpful and supportive communication. The amenities provided by the host made our stay easier, especially for those trips to the beach. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to stay along the Gulf Coast of Florida."

"The property is within an established community of which we are familiar with as we come to play golf. The property backs onto a canal full of wildlife, we regularly saw alligators. The pool is of a good size and not overlooked. The property has 2 large TVs, one of the reasons we picked it allowing hubby to watch the world cup and me to relax and watch other programmes. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, we made full use of it eating all our meals at the property. Each room has a ceiling fan which we found essential as it was extremely hot on our visit. Washing machine and dryer are situated in the garage. We played golfa at the Rotonda Golf and Country Club, 5 courses all within a short drive from the property. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. We would definitely stay here again."
