"Friends and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Roswell by IHG and wanted to share my feedback. This was the best hotel stay I have had in a Holiday Inn. The breakfast was excellent, and both the hostess and the cook were among the kindest people we met during our time in New Mexico. However, we did encounter one issue. An older lady from housekeeping who was mopping near the pool told my 5-year-old granddaughter that she should not be eating and talking. This incident was quite upsetting, but other than that, everything about our stay was awesome. Best regards, Rebecca Moore"

"Everything was good but I was denied my tax free stay after 30 consecutive days on the property. I travel for work so saving as much money as possible is a main key in what I look for. While also not staying in a dirty place."

"Our room had 2 towels for family of 4 and was missing the tv remote The bathroom was not swept, the mirror cleaned, nor the microwave. Calling the front desk is hit or miss if someone answers. I went down to get towels from the front desk the first night. The next day, the front desk answered and asked us to come down and get the remote. One of the front desk ladies was very helpful, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything multiple times over 3 days. The other front desk lady was less friendly told us breakfast was over and we needed to move to the table across the aisle so they could wipe the table we were at. We picked up our plates for a family of 4 and moved 8 ft to the next table. There were computers available in the lobby for use and parking seemed adequate. "
