Our apartments are located in Rositz in Thuringia and offer space for 2x4 and 1x2 guests. Despite the quiet location of the apartments, good transport links are guaranteed. Parking spaces are available directly at the apartment and can be used free of charge. A newly built apartment in a central location with a separate entrance, with adjacent parking and all the comforts are available for rent from us. The apartment is furnished for 4 people, the children's room is equipped with an additional TV. A travel cot can be placed in the bedroom for an additional charge. The living area has a modern fitted kitchen and comfortable seating area incl. Equipped with satellite TV. The kitchen is well stocked with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, dishes, cutlery and glasses. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Rositz is located in the Altenburger Land in eastern Thuringia and has almost 3,000 inhabitants. The federal road 180 runs through the municipality, which guarantees a quick connection in the region of Central Germany. Cities like Altenburg (6km), Gera (38km), Zwickau (43km), Leipzig (46km), Jena (75km) or Dresden (130km) can be reached quickly. The apartment was newly built in 2017. It has a modern laminate floor or Tiles. Of course you can use the free WiFi. Access to the apartment is via a separate entrance via a separate external staircase. It is a non-smoking apartment, but it can be smoked on the doorstep. Outdoor seating is available. These are currently being expanded by the redesign. Of course there is also a barbecue. 1 pet allowed in each apartment - old bakery and color game

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
