「This was a perfect getaway for our family trip from Florence to Rome to relax, see Siena and read a book by the pool. We were greeted by Leticia upon arrival and she and Luca were always available with any questions we had. It was by far our favorite part of the trip and we couldn't have asked for anything better!」

「Beautiful location in San Gimignano! The owner was so attentive and provided great suggestions for our visit. Charming apartment that serviced all of are needs. Boboli bakery (25 yards from apartment) is amazing and a must! Enjoyable stay!」

「We had a great holiday at Fabio's place near Monteguidi in September. We have been there for two weeks in September and really enjoyed the apartment and the great pool area. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy with a well-equipped kitchen, but we have also been to very good restaurants in the surrounding area. Fabio has been a great host and was very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this accommodation for a relaxing holiday!」

「The host is excellent. Perfect English and Italian. Thoughtful and great communication. Parking instructions were accurate. The apartment was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The apartment is walkable to dining and shopping. The street is steep and the nearby medievale hill town is steeper. While we loved walking up to the hill town everyday, we liked the variety of dining and shopping near the apartment.」

「Stay was terrific, beds were very comfortable, more stairs that we figured on, hoped the living space was on ground level but instead was up a couple flights of stairs, only negative. Otherwise located in a beautiful setting and views, hosts were awesome, ambience was fantastic, just what we were looking for, next day we were all day in Tuscany, wish we were a couple more days there, next time!
