「I have to be honest and say I thought the area looked a little sketchy at first getting to the property but I was pleasantly surprised as we got closer and I felt safe in the area. It was a nice, convenient drive to the George R. Brown Convention center which was our reason for visiting the area. The only thing that I would say is if you are used to sleeping in a dark room you may want to bring an eye mask as the bedroom is right by the front door and the neighbor's light was shining through...

「Place was very clean, only problem is that it is inside of a trucking yard. Trucks, tow trucks and moving vans were constantly coming in and out, there were men standing by the stairs throughout the day which made it very uncomfortable to come in and out. Very noisy! We could never connect to WIFI , it would connect for a couple seconds then disconnect. 」

「Could not get into laundry space outside. Lock didn’t combination work. The combo for house was not the greatest had to try multiple times. Hot water was not available in kitchen area… not coming back sorry tom 2105607506」

「Miscommunication between the property manager or owner and the entry device coder resulted in our not being able to get into the unit at check in time. They remedied the problem within 20 minutes but it was not a good start to our stay.」

「Great little apartment. Easy walk to museums and restaurants nearby. Short drive to Daikin Park. Recommend bringing bicycles to allow greater exploration 」
