「Our weekend in this cottage was comfortable and cosy. There was plenty of space for the two of us and it would be excellent for families as there are two lounge areas, one very spacious on the top floor. We appreciated the efficient log burner and were provided with all the equipment we needed. The views were lovely with one side looking over a field with horses, alpacas and pheasants. Contact with the owner was excellent. A lovely place to stay.」

「The cottage was exactly as per the listing. We found it convenient for our hiking endeavours, lots of space, great views, well equipped, a great pub in the village, and had no complaints from any of our 4-some. An especially fun addition was overlapping with the owners, David and Emma, who joined us for dinner at the pub the night of our arrival, and, in addition to being charming dinner guests, added to the local info that was already available in the cottage.」
