"The staff members are outstanding, friendly, and helpful. Everything is very clean. The appliances worked well, as did the laundry room machines. We loved the spacious and comfortable courtyard area by the pool. Lots of good food for breakfast with room to spread out. We'd definitely return."

"It is always a wonderful stay. Which is why I always stay here for work, It’s in a super nice area of Pasadena. It’s walkable to numerous restaurants. If you do not have a vehicle that is ok. Because it’s a short walk to many bus lines. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and super clean. They have security cameras all over the property to keep you feeling safe. You can not get better service from their staff Saimon, Tommy, and Lee. They all go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. I have never had any complaints on my numerous stays at this property. But I am sure if I did they would take care of it immediately. "

"The hotel was lovely, lots of unique and interesting features. The room was clean and spacious. The area is walkable and there are a lot of great dining options- easy to get around Southern California without being in the busy city. Of note, parking is $29 a day, not included; and neither is breakfast- it’s priced ala cart. The listing is a little unclear on that. Staff is kind and helpful!"

"We stayed at this hotel because we travelled from Northern California to go to a concert in Pasadena. The hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, they were always available anytime we needed anything. Staff checked in with us to make sure the room was clean. Pool and hot tub were small but nice looking. Parking was always available. My only complaint is that from one side you couldn't see the sign very well because of tree branches, so I drove by as we got there at night and it was an unfamiliar area."
