「No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. 「We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. The restaurant chef whipped up delicious local favorites, made to order, and the piña coladas were nice and cold! 「After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. Given boats run only until 9am and transport can cost as much as two nights’ stay, this should be clearly stated before booking – we could easily have missed the first night. 「This was the BEST hotel in Baru away from the craziness of Playa Blanca. Great food(natural), friendly staff. Snorkels, paddle board and kayaks were a boon for sure. The dreamcatcher vibe was cool and they had mats, blocks and space to do our yoga.」

「Gorgeous spot on a private beach in Baru, highly recommend for a romantic and quiet getaway. Super attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and the grounds were also lovely. We had the entire place to ourselves for a night!」

「Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)」

「You need to put new beds,new towels new A/C units paint building, the food is horrible two eggs and tortilla +coffee the the breakfast included, wowfor the price is insane and power went off couple times ,I had an experience staying in that kind of motel ,I said motel that what it is!!!!」

「It would’ve been great if the place actually exist! I followed the directions into an ocean. There was nothing but bricks on a dirt road with half built tarp structure buildings with no windows or roofsand three people tried to rob me. There was no access to go any further so therefore, the place does not exist. I want a refund.」
