Campobello Park opened the day after we tried to visit (May 24th). Unfortunately; the state website; brochures and the online information never stated opening. Even the local person we talked to Friday morning told us the Park, and a restaurant in the park, were open!

Popular places to visit

I call this the Dr. Seuss lighthouse! Beautiful coast of Maine. Was able to see a whale breach while standing just next to the lighthouse in the ocean behind us.
