An optional utilities and service fee of EUR 90,00 will be charged before your arrival. Details are given below.
A beautiful house located in the center of the small village and is for those who want to spend their holiday breathing the pure mountain air away from the traffic. The house has a garden where you can have barbecues, dine under the roof, savoring the breeze of the in the evening or sunbathing during the day, in absolute tranquility, while the children jump on the trampoline or play. The home is only 18 km from Torbole and Riva del Garda and close Lake Garda. Leaving the car at Lake Loppio (11 km from the house) you can take the Torbole Mori cycle path and in 7 km you can go directly to Lake Garda. For those who love fun and art, nearby are the splendid cities of Trento, Ro-vereto, Riva del Garda, which offer tourist attractions for all tastes. There is a biking and mountain biking, trekking, climbing possibilities also. The house is spread over two floors, connected to each other by a wooden staircase. It is located in the land of the owner, who lives in the house opposite, and there is a parking space at the premises and fenced car park available.
Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 90,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Absolut familienfreundlich

Das kleine Örtchen hat alles was es für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Noch dazu sind alle sehr freundlich und freuen sich über Gäste. Wenn man es ein bisschen kühler,als in den Metropolen rund um den Gardasee haben möchte und Wanderungen mag,ist man hier genau richtig. Dennoch ist man in 30 Minuten am Gardasee.
