The property location was great for us -- while it was within a walking distance from several major historical sites, it was not very touristy and we had a chance to live like locals. There was everything we needed right next door -- decent restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and an open air market. Several bus stops very within a block. I only wish that the metro station was a bit closer, but after all this is Rome and metro lines are not always close by.
The apartment itself was ok. It had plenty of space and had everything we needed (even more), but I wish it was less cluttered. I also found that certain things needed to be replaced or upgraded.
