A bright double bedroom with a comfortable bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, a dresser, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll find a full set of linens, pillows, and blankets to help you feel right at home.

A cozy and practical space with a double sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guests and a wall-mounted TV, ideal for relaxing after a day in Rome. Here you’ll also find a laptop workstation, a dining table, and an Ethernet (LAN) port—perfect for video calls and uninterrupted work.

🍳 The Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen so you can cook for yourself from day one. You’ll find a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. To help you get started stress-free, you’ll also find the cooking essentials (oil, salt, and pepper) and a selection of complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Beds are always made according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. If there are 2 of you and you’d like to use the sofa bed as well (to sleep separately), there is a one-time supplement of €30. For reservations for 3–4 guests, the sofa bed is automatically made up.
