Relax in this quiet and air-conditioned space with free WiFi in a central location.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a bright living room equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, sofa bed, and TV plus a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The house is ideal for couples, families with 1-2 children, or small groups.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a prestigious building in the historic center.

- There is an elevator that goes down to the lower floor, so it is necessary to go up a flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment.

- There is one bathroom in the bedroom. As you can see from the pics, the sink is directly in the room.

On my first visit to Rome, this apartment was a good choice. It was clean, safe, and very well located. There were many nice restaurants nearby. It was a short walk to major tourist sites. The host communicated well. I had difficulty finding the button in the foyer that unlocked the front door, so I called the host and she helped me locate it. Thanks for a good stay.

The location and comfort can ot be beat. Perfect in many ways! The AC worked "well enough" but the place was still warm and we were there in September, if mid July and higher temps, the current AC would not have been sufficient. Best for 2 people as our early 20's daughter slept on the pull out sofa and space was small for 3 of us. We made it work and spent little time there, as the location was just SO great that things were close and we walked the entire city each day. It could have been a little cleaner in terms of details but again, we made it work. The other benefits outweighed the small shortcomings.

We did not use our reservations. I accidentally booked two places.That said, the communication was great and very helpful. The location is ideal for traveling around Rome. We chose the other place to stay because we arrived at 8 am and could drop off our luggage early there.

Nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator did not work our entire stay so we were unable to buy groceries to cook for meals. This cost us extra money to go out and we could not save leftovers for another meal, as well.

tres bonne localisation, propre , procedure d'arrivee et de depart fluide, tout etait parfait . il faut juste savoir que vous ne pouvez acceder au toilette et douche que en passant par la chambre, et que le lavabo est dans la chambre.ca demande un peu d'organisation quand on est plusieurs...la douche est toute petite, grand gabarit s'abstenir ..

The accommodations were nice. This unit is in a very convenient location. The only challenge we had was with the street noise from below. The pricing per night and the actual price we paid was a lot more.
