Large completely renovated apartment in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from all the main attractions that this city has to offer. The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants, street artists and is well connected with several bus lines near the house which allow you to move comfortably both on foot and using public transport. Ideal for those who want to see and experience the atmosphere of the Eternal City.

The property is located on the third floor without a lift in an elegant building with an independent entrance. The apartment, measuring over 130m2, is made up of: a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a second double bedroom (with en suite bathroom), a second bathroom. In every room we have smart TVs with NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO. In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), air conditioning and independent heating.

First Rome Vacation

The location of the apartment is perfect. It was in the center of everything. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. My personal negative was the lock on the front door. It was old and was very hard to unlock. A couple of times we could not get out of the apartment. That made me feel unsafe.

Prime location

Excellent stay! Euplio was amazing to work with. Such an above and beyond person. We had an issue with our water which completely was out of anyone’s control but was rectified IMMEDIATELY. The apartment was so spacious and really in an ideal location. We loved it and would highly recommend it. Thank you for the memories!!!!

The apartment was great - lots of room and everything we needed for a family (2 adults and 2 children). We were able to visit plenty of sites on foot from the apartment. Lots of good dining options and a supermarket close by. Euplio was really helpful with tips and restaurant recommendations.

Large appartement beautifully situated in the heart of Rome

We really enjoyed this 2nd floor appartement located just seconds away for the piazza Campo di Fiori. You can’t be afraid of a few stairs, there’s no elevators. The AC is a big plus and the appartement is quite large with both bedrooms spread apart. There is some noise in the evening, but to be expected in this neighborhood. The shower head support was broken in one of the bathrooms, so you would need to hold when showering, not ideal. With that said, even if the bathrooms were in need of a small renovation, I would choose this appartement again for another visit to Rome!

Very well located to walk everywhere

The location was key to explore Rome walking everywhere. My parents are 70+ so location was key. The description of the apartment was accurate. It’s located on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be ready to carry luggage up the stairs. The neighborhood is safe. Expect noise at night because it’s the city and Rome is alive! We didn’t mind the partying noise from the streets.The best description to the taxi is Piazza Campo de Fiori. AC works great everywhere in the house except in kitchen and one bathroom. Having AC at homes in Rome is rare so this was a treat. We avoided the kitchen and took several showers in the hot bathroom. It was in middle of summer with temps ranging 90+ - 100+ Fahrenheit so the heat in areas with no AC was noticed. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Our experience was very positive and would consider renting again and telling friends about it!
