Great location and super friendly hostess. Really good options for food nearby including Trieste pizza and alt42 pasta chef.Apartment very clean and met our needs. Double room a bit noisy from the bar nearby on weekend evenings. Some interesting paintings on the wall which scared our children a little. Overall though a great stay

Location is great! The apartment is comfortable and the location is very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and site seeing. The only thing to be aware of is that the noise from a nearby bar can be very loud at night.

Great location 2-3 blocks from Coliseum. Located on 3rd floor with no elevator (77 steps). Host was quick to respond to emails etc...Several restaurants close by.

Great location, easy to access restaurants and the sites. Costanza provided helpful restaurant recommendations too. It was relatively quiet and air conditioning worked well (weather in low 80s).

Pros: This apartment is perfectly located in Monti. It is bright and airy, getting a lovely cross breeze with the windows open in the morning. Walk outside the building and you step right into shops and restaurants. Turn right and the Colosseum is in full view a few blocks away. After asking, the host arranged pickup for us at the airport which made for a stress free start. AC kept the place cool on scorching hot summer afternoons.Cons: Communication with the owner was a challenge. Responses to time sensitive questions were received days/weeks later. When we arrived for check-in, they had not begun cleaning the apartment yet, which took a couple hours and we were exhausted and wanted to come in and rest. This place wasn't well stocked. Nothing provided to wash your dishes in the sink. We used our hands. Laundry detergent bottle was empty. Overall it just wasn't set up well with everything we needed. Stairs. 70 of them. If you're fit, no problem, but if you're older or not in good shape, the many flights of stairs to get to the apartment will be a challenge, especially when you arrive with your luggage. Overall: For a short stay in a great location, this place is a win, and even though there were some issues, we would recommend this place and come stay again.

Wonderful location, we appreciated being near to a metro stop and walking distance to many sights. Adequate kitchen facilities, we cooked a number of times. Washer and drying rack were also well used by our little family. We really felt like we had a good amount of comfortable space to relax in after long days of walking. We could hear some noise at night due to the restaurant/bar below, but it was very reasonable considering the location. The stairs up aren't a huge problem, just make you earn that extra scoop of gelato ;)

Séjour très agréable au cœur de Rome

L appartement est très bien situé à moins de 30 mn à pied des grands monuments et places touristiques. L accueil est correct , mais nous avons eu quelques déboires avec le chauffe eau capricieux.

Great place for a family stay

We had a great stay in this apartment. Our host, Constanza, let us in an hour early and gave us a warm welcome. She also worked quickly the next day to get the washer fixed so that we could do our laundry.The place is great for a family, with a room of three beds so that no one needed to share.The location is just 5 minutes from a subway stop and close to shops, food, and an outstanding gelateria. We were delighted.

Perfect location in Rome

Loved being in the heart of Rome. Just a few steps from everything. Little small for our family of five but you can’t beat the location. Was definitely worth it.

Schöne Wohnung in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir waren Anfang März 2025 als Familie (2 Erwachsene / 1 Teenager 14 Jahre) für 5 Tage in Rom. Von der Wohnung sowie der Umgebung waren wir begeistert. Auch unsere Vermieterin war toll und hat uns super betreut. Von Infos zu einem Supermarkt, Restaurants bis hin zu Laufwegen war alles dabei und wir hätten immer per WhatsApp noch Nachfragen stellen können. Die Wohnung ist für einen Urlaub/Aufenthalt ausreichend ausgestattet und liegt wirklich sehr zentral zu den für uns wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Trevi Brunnen, spanische Treppe, Pantheon, verschiedenste Kirchen, Brunnen usw.). Laufwege zwischen 6 - 20 Minuten. Wir bedanken uns bei unserer Gastgerberin/ Vermieterin für die Betreuung und kommen gerne nochmals wieder.

Lovely stay in a great neighborhood close to the Coliseum

Nice apartment, great location

Our family of five spent three nights in the apartment. We had a nice stay - the apartment was clean, warm and well stocked. The location of the apartment was really convenient - very near the coliseum with plenty of restaurants nearby. Constanza was really communicative but we didn't need anything during our stay. I'd stay there again.

Great Location in Monti

This property is in a great location in Monti. It is two blocks from the Cavour metro stop so it is easy to get anywhere in Rome, and it is about a 10 minute walk from Termini station, if you want to go anywhere in Italy. You can see the Colosseum down the street from the building, and the forum/Capitoline Museum are a close walk. There are a number of excellent restaurants close by, as well as a grocery store, pharmacy and dry cleaner. The unit is comfortable, with plenty of space and is attractively furnished. If you are older, you should be warned you need to climb four flights of stairs. Costanza was a helpful hostess, she gave us restaurant recommendations and she helped resolve any issues we had with the unit. I would come back here in a future trip to Rome!

Perfect location

Perfect location for visiting Rome. For the price there is soem things need improvement. Some of the sheets had stains. Towels had a very funky smell to them that we had to wash them before we used them. Also there are lots of noice till 12am if not nore from restaurant.restaurant
