This apartment was situated amazingly well for sightseeing or shopping! One block to Trevi Fountain, 2 blocks to Via del Corso, about 6 blocks to Spanish Steps or the Victor Emanuel monument and we even walked to Trastevere and the Vatican. Local eateries abounded and a taxi stand is right across the street. The apartment was quirky, however, with two very noisy bedrooms on Via del Tritone. Weather was exceptionally warm but no fans were available and the owners didn’t want us to use a/c. They eventually relented when we said we just needed air circulation. It wasn’t easy to reach our concierge using either text or WhatsApp and they only wanted to supply 2 keys which didn’t work well for 4 couples who didn’t intend to stay glued at the hip. We eventually got 3 keys but with a lot of explanation of how inconvenient it was. WARNING - although the photos show the front bedroom as a king bed, on arrival it was prepared as 2 twins (even though we had always stated we would be 4 couples) and getting that changed was a headache. Then, when we had our mid-week housekeeping, the beds were again separated into twins. Made no sense as we weren’t moving out! If the location hadn’t been so amazing, I would have rated this a “3” rather than a “4”.
