Recently renovated, the apartment is bright, modern and designed for comfort and functionality. Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a spacious bedroom, an open space living area with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The living area offers two TVs (Allstar ASTV32S and United LED22X11) and a comfortable space for relaxation. The digital thermostat and Ariston water heater ensure simple temperature control.
