We offer our guests a welcoming and elegant 130 sqm apartment suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 beds.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people, but there is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the dining room where can stay other 2 people.
For those coming by car it is possible to park the car at the paid parking of Villa Borghese. From the parking lot to the structure it is about 10 minutes on foot.
Breakfast is not available, but upon arrival guests will find a wide choice of snacks, biscuits, cereals and snacks at their disposal, as well as of course the kettle, Nespresso, American coffee machine and toaster.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was perfectly set up with everything you could need. With 3 bedrooms, it fit our group of 6 very comfortably, and our guests were equally impressed. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the Spanish Steps, great dining, and shopping. Small touches like water bottles in the fridge and toiletries (a lifesaver since I forgot mine on the cruise!) were much appreciated. The manager was incredibly kind, attentive, and even helped us with our luggage while giving us a tour of the home. Highly recommend! 9/19/25

Second Time for the Win

This is our second time in a year at this vrbo. Location, location, location. Just a few minute walk to the grocery store, all the dinners, the underground, the taxi stand, etc. Emanuela also set up transport to and from FCO and Andreas is around to help with luggage and questions. Clean, big, and great location. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else ever again in Rome. This is a 5 star vrbo.

Pre cruise stay in Rome

The apartment was everything we hoped for and more. We especially appreciated coming home to air conditioning after what was a very hot weekend in Rome. The location was excellent, literally around the corner from the Spagna metro stop, giving us easy access to almost anywhere we wanted to go around the city. The location of the apartment was incredible! Very walkable to many of the best attractions. There was an abundance of restaurants and cafes as well. The apartment was clean and just as shown in the advertisement. Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Rome.

The apartment was in the perfect location, just around the corner from the Spanish Steps. It was easy to walk to many attractions and taxis were available near by if needed. Great restaurants just down the street. The apartment was great. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, lots of hot water and working washer and dryer.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, located almost on top of the Spanish Steps. It seems everywhere we wanted to go was with a 30 minute walk or less. Master suite and closet with en-suite bathroom, fully useable kitchen, and so so clean. Emanuela was perfect at communicating with me and Mr Andrea, who is on site, was very helpful, making it so easy to check-in and depart. We didn’t even need him other than that help! Highly recommend this property, the owner and the staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location - so close to everything you want to see. Fab host very helpful and great knowledge. Made lots of family memories. The Aircon was a must given the heat in Rome. Parking for the car was close and easy. If you are looking at a few places. Don’t look any further. Just stay here!

This lovely apartment was steps from the Spanish Steps making it an ideal location. The host was so gracious with continuous communication from me, and accommodated my requests for arranging private transfers as well. The apartment was clean and the perfect home base for our family. We loved our stay here. Perfect for families, very close to the Spagna metro stop that is a easy jump to connections to any sight you might want to see. The portiere is accessible and so kind, and communication with the manager is extremely easy with quick response. The apartment has all the amenities including washer/dryer and a full kitchen setup. And our 8 yr old says to add "it had a very nice shower." Whenever we come back to Rome, this would be top of the list to stay again.

Fantastic apartment convenient location

The property was exactly as advertised! It was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited our needs. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 10 year old. The host was proactive with communication and very responsive to our inquiries. The on-site manager was very helpful and friendly. All shopping needs are within walking distance such as grocery, pharmacy and restaurants. We would definitely book this location again when in Rome.
