Cozy, quiet and elegant apartment - it is the ideal solution for a family or group of friends to comfortably visit the city staying in a relaxing and central location that is only 8 minutes walk from the lordly Via Vittorio Veneto and is well and easily connected to all historical and archaeological city areas because the "Repubblica" metro station is just 6 min flat walk away and "Termini" central train station is just 13 min flat walk away.
Very quiet because it’s the last building floor served by the elevator (no neighbor above), windows are soundproof and none overlook the street.
The apartment has a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 190 cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, two single bed rooms connected each other by an ample sliding door (each bed size 120 x 190 cm, one room has en ensuite bathroom with shower while the other one has a raised/loft bed), a third bathroom with shower, an ample living room with sofa bed (bed size 140 x 190 cm, it will be prepared only in case of 5 guests booking) and lunch area and open kitchen, an ample entryway and a balcony that overlooking the palace inner courtyard.
The apartment is fully furnished and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay: free wi-fi, air conditioning (in each bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, TV (in the living room), Nespresso coffee pods machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Always vigilate children when they are on the balcony or have free access to the raised bed.
Don't throw anything in the toilet but toilet paper. Failure to comply with this rule could cause serious damage to the toilet and lead to charge for repair costs. All other objects (e.g. cotton buds, dental floss, ...) must be thrown into the bin.
As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
Sofa bed will be prepared only in case of 5 guests booking.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of €170 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Never leave the keys inserted in the inside keyhole of the apartment door.
If during the stay we have to come and open the apartment door because the keys have been forgotten inside, this has a cost of €25 till 7pm and 50€ after 7pm to be paid in cash to the staff member who will come to open the apartment.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
