良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The location is great (easy walk to the Vatican and Metro) and the apartment is nice.
However, there were some minor issues
1) I don't recall the description mentioning the elevator stopping 1 floor below the apartment. And it's quite small. Generally this wasn't an issue, but it made arriving and leaving with luggage less than seemless.
2) they only gave us 1 key. Since there were 4 of us traveling, this presented some logistics issues.
3) when I booked, I specifically looked for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom options, which the property description said it had. Upon arrive, we discovered there is only 1 bath. I showed the person who checked us in, and he said to screenshot it and report it to the property owner, which we did. They immediately changed the description and offered a small refund. I would not have booked the place had I known of the single bathroom, but it worked out - it just took some schedule shuffling with the 4 adults traveling.
Otherwise, we enjoyed staying there. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen adequate, and the veranda made for nice morning coffee outside. The a/c worked great, as did the washing machine.
