Enriko was a fabulous host! It started prior to us getting there with setting up transporting to and from the airport with a reliable vendor. He then ensured we had a smooth transition both into and out of the property. He was very reachable and responded within minutes every time I reached out. The property itself is located in a fabulous location. Close to restaurants and stores. Very walkable. Property has an elevator and air conditioning (that works fabulously even in 100+F heat). 10/10 would recommend!!

This is my second time staying here. The apartment is as described in listing. It’s clean, well stocked and a great area. Enrico is quick to respond and very personable. If I come back to Italy I will stay here again.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and have a nice shower with a rainfall head. The location was excellent! Close to some great coffee shops and beautiful sights. Also the communication was so great. Federika (?) was who we met at check in and she was wonderful, Enriko is who I communicated with on WhatsApp and he was so nice and helpful.

Perfect Location to All of Rome

Lots of positives to say but will be brief:Location is central to all of Rome’s sights and Campo di Fiori. Walk 500 feet and you have your choice of solid restaurants, bars, and coffee!Public transportation is a bit of a walk but accessible. Very comfy stay and would stay there again. Host is very communicative and helpful!

Amazing apartment

We loved the location and the space. It was great for our family of 4, including 2 teens. The air conditioners worked great and were such a nice break from the summer heat in Rome. Great communication with host. He was very accommodating and helped us set up a car service to/from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment, clean, and elevator to lift luggage, good location. Nearby campo di fiori was wonderful but extremely noisy at night. Car alarms, bar noise, etc well into the wee hours. Host was helpful and available when we had questions.

When in Roma

This property was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked. The property manager was quick to respond and made staying in touch and check in very easy. It is in a great location with access to fresh food markets, restaurants, and shopping, all within walking distance. I will definetly book again when in Roma.

Outstanding host, Great location

Excellent location within walking distance of everything. The host is far and above the best I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely helpful, communicative, and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Excellent modern apartment and best location

We had a great stay here. The location is unbeatable for us. It does get noisy at night, but we are night owls so we didn’t mind! Communication with the host is excellent too. If you’re looking for a fun area and a great big modern place, this is for you!! We will be back here!

Amazing Host and Location

It's hard for me to review this place b/c we really had a great experience with the logistics, the apartment is beautiful and the host was so good to us, he helped me during the train strike and when we didn't have ID for our local tour, and we loved our location - BUT, talk to the hosts about the status of local construction, b/c for us they were pounding on the walls at 7AM.

Perfect place to stay

Small apartment in the center of Rome. Perfect location to see the city. Highly recommend this apartment and our host was the best. I hope to stay there again. One word of caution, Campo de Fiori is a busy place and there is some noise at night. It wasn’t a problem for us but, if you are a light sleeper some earplugs will help.

Great stay!

We loved everything about our stay. Enrico is the quintessential host. He was so responsive and helpful. The location is perfect and the unit is a great space. We felt like we had a local experience with all the comforts of home! The only note is that there is a bar on the same street as the unit and it can be lively (loud) at night. That being said, we would definitely stay here again!
