The apartment could have been cleaner and the hot water heater kept going out and we had to reset it several times a day, sometimes while we were showering. That was a huge disappointment. The kitchen is tiny and we did not use it. Otherwise the location couldn’t be better. Most attractions were walkable and buses were easy to catch. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The very best part was the air conditioning. The apartment was nice and cool after a long hot day in the sun. The washing machine was also great. We packed lite and had to do laundry often.

Absolutely great location! Central city, within an easy walk to Piazza Navona, Campo de" Fiori, the Roman Forum & the Colliseum. Very quiet street, and very quiet property. Courtyard out back was a great place to relax at the start or end of each day. Only issues we ran into...we never received check-in instructions, so when we arrived we had to figure out how to get a hold of the management company, as the contact phone number on VRBO no longer worked, but once we tracked down a phone number, we were given instructions on how to enter the property. And there was no hot water, so we had to find the water heater (outside in the courtyard) and re-set it every morning for hot water. Otherwise still a very nice property and great location!

Great location

We had a great time at this flat in Rome. The location was absolutely perfect, as we easily walked to many restaurants and attractions. The garden terrace was wonderful and it was fantastic having a washing machine to catch up on laundry from our trip. If you want an authentic Italian city living experience, this is it.

Great location and perfect place!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Roma. Walking distance to everything or a short taxi ride. The property was perfect for us to have some space, wash a couple clothes and store water and some snack food to eat. Benedetta was excellent in providing us with transportation and ideas. Great, great, great experience!

Great Location

Sure the mirrors on the ceiling are a little strange, but this place was our little home away from home for a 6 days while we trudged away throughout Rome. It is a great location, near the Pantheon and close to a bus stop, but most importantly a lot of great places to eat! Cold A/C, a place to wash our clothes, ample space for me and my family, this place was really wonderful. We would definitely recommend it!

Great Location

We had an amazing time during our stay here! It's in a good location, within walking distance for most of the main attractions and close to a couple of taxi stands if you dont want to walk. The apartment was very clean and Benedetta was a great host. She even brought us bubble wrap so we could bring some wine home from our trip. A++ stay. I would highly recommend to others.

A lovely oasis in the city center

This is a great location. It is in the very active historic center but the apartment is peaceful and has a wonderful outside area. Great WiFi and the kitchen is adequate enough for easy meals. Communication was quick and friendly. We really appreciated all of the property manager’s help in navigating the apartment and Rome itself. There are plenty of great options nearby for coffee, gelato, meals and even groceries and they gave us many tips for where to go etc…. We would gladly stay here again!

The wraparound patio is a slide of heaven and something you just do not find anywhere in Rome. It’s amazing. Benedetta took care of everything for us. Communication was wonderful. The location is super central and very safe. The apartment is huge and has everything you need for a short or extended stay.

Fun in Rome

A wonderful greeting by Bennedetta and so helpful. The lighting inside not the best and the kitchen was very modest. Still a decent value and all went well. Thanks Bennedetta.
