Paola & Karin are both fantastic hosts. There communication is very good and their local knowledge is fantastic. The location cant be better if you like to stay in the very hart of Rome. We can absolutely recommend this 5-star apartment.
Everything went very smoothly from booking, communication with Paola, the pre-arranged airport pick up and being met and checked in/checked out by the lovely Karina. The apartment is exactly as described and very comfortable, especially the beds and sofas. Everything that you could need is provided. It was very clean. The position next to the Spanish Steps couldn’t be better and all the main attractions are within an easy walking distance … including the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica and Coliseum, both being around a 30 minute walk.

Everything about our stay was amazing. To be literally on the Spanish Steps was truly magical. Paola was there to greet us and make us feel at home. She was kind enough to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport and give us suggestions for dining. Definitely made for a most enjoyable and memorable vacation.
My family LOVED staying here while in Roma! The apartment is literally next to the Spanish Steps yet also tucked away and quiet. The area is prime for shopping and has many lovely cafes and ristorantes in close walking distance. Karina was our host contact during our stay and she was lovely, giving us recommendations and even facilitating our airport transfer. We will definitely try to stay here when we get to return to Roma!

Us. Great location in the heart of Rome. Recommend this apartment to anyone - everything was perfect. Thanks Paola.
Our family of 4 had a stay in Rome and rented this apartment, it was perfect. Clean, nicely appointed, centrally located to everything we wanted to see and a great experience with the owner.
Next time we are in Rome, this is the place we will stay. We stay in a lot of rental apartments when we travel and avoid hotels. This is one of the nicer ones we’ve encountered. I highly recommend you give it a look.
