Finely renovated large two-room apartment , it offers a unique design with contemporary lines, boasting a strategic location from which to visit the Eternal City. Located on the fourth floor of a stately palace with elevator in the central district of San Giovanni, in the center of Rome. It is possible to reach places and historical monuments such as the Colosseum, Imperial Forums,Piazza Venezia in 15/20 minutes. The metro is 2 minutes from the apartment just 3 stops from Termini station.

The space
The apartment consists of a large living room, a double bedroom with memory foam mattress that guarantees maximum relaxation, a kitchen equipped with every comfort and a bathroom with large shower, sink, and bidet, soundproofed walls, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook. Furnished in a modern and elegant style, it is located in a strategic position 10/15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, very close to the San Giovanni metro.
