We had a fantastic time in Rome, and it is to a large extent thanks to Francesco and his warm welcome. He was very helpful in coordinating the check-in time with us despite our late arrival. The apartment is beautiful and very well located. We found everything we needed for our 2 1/2-year-old and have no complaints at all. Thank you again, Francesco! We look forward to another visit to Rome!

Had a wonderful week in Rome. Thank you to our host who was very kind to us. Everything we needed and so close to Rome Termini. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and restaurants on the doorstep. Will definitely return.

Such an amazing property! Francesco was amazing and was very accommodating for our check-in. He gave us so much help explaining all about the property and gave recommendations. The place itself is such a great location. So easy to access from Termini station! And having all those rooms meant that we could fit everyone in our party. The place itself is so well done and everything inside is so thoughtful. There is an elevator so no need to walk up stairs. The kitchen is all fully stocked with any utensils or pans that you would need. 100% would recommend this place!!!

Francesco was very responsive in communicating prior to our arrival, making the check in process seamless. Property was as advertised … clean and spacious for our family of five adults. Property had everything we needed with no issues. Great location … close to Roma Termini Station with lots of restaurants nearby. If you don’t mind walking, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and other attractions are walking distance. Definitely would recommend this property.

Lovely place!!!!

We are the best time from start to finish!!!Apartment is clean the owner is super friendly super nice!! When above and beyond to be sure that we were comfortable knew where we were going how to get there could not ask for a sweeter owner!!I would hands-down go back to this location, super convenient to the metro and to the trains!The number of restaurants that are right around that general area all delicious all reasonably priced!Thank you, thank you thank you as we had the best time on our trip

Die Wohnung ist Wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen.Francesco war sehr nett und hat uns mit vielen tollen Informationen begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hauptbahnhof mit Metro und allen Anschlüssen und mehreren berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort wünschen können!

Excellent property in Termini area

My husband and I and our 3 kids (15, 18, 20) had a wonderful week staying in this apartment only a few blocks from Termini Station.The host, Francesco, was very easy to communicate with and Marco the property manager was helpful as well. We had no problems checking in.The apartment was clean and very spacious! Was even bigger than it looks in the online pictures. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was a treat to have 2 bathrooms with 2 showers!There is a great grocery store (Conad City) just a 5 min walk down the street. Also there are numerous restaurants in the area that are good for lunch or dinner.It is only a 5 min walk to Termini to catch the metro or trains but we actually ended up walking to most destinations. 25 min walk to the Colosseum. Within 30 min walk to most other major historical sites (Trevi, Pantheon, Borghese). Easy to get to the Vatican by metro or Uber.Overall, we felt like this was an excellent property and would definitely stay there again if we return to Rome. Highly recommend..

Back Again

Back again. This property is perfectly located to take advantage of the public transportation systems: busses, trains, metro, and cabs. Travel practically anywhere in the country in 4-6 hrs - see it all from the eternal city.This is our 4th time to book the property, and the owners are always very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns.This property has everything that you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. If you want to go out and enjoy the local food scene, you're right by transportation to anywhere. If you want to stay in and cook for yourself - the kitchen is calling you and there are several grocery stores nearby for all your needs.If you are traveling light, there is a washing machine to lighten your bags. Hang them on the line or use a drying rack for your clothes.One of our favorite memories is sitting in the kitchen with the doors open and listening as the sounds of a music lesson reverberated through the courtyard - it was magical.We find ourselves, once again, looking forward to returning.

Second stay was as excellent as the first!

We stayed her a couple weeks ago, traveled the country for a couple weeks, then returned. The apartment is great once again! Francesco is an excellent host and we had no complaints!

Beautiful, Well-Equipped, and Perfectly Located

Francesco was so nice and greeted us with a lot of great info. The apartment is a very short walk from the main train station and from several famous monuments. We couldn’t have asked for a better place!

L’appartement Lovely House était parfait pour nous. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de PierreFrancesco. Il nous a bien expliqué le détail de l’appartement. Rien ne manquait et surtout les photos représentent bien l’appartement. Un petit bémol sur la literie. Le genre couette est usée et serait à remplacer mais pour le reste c’est un top 5.

First Trip to Rome

We are from the US and had 4 adults and 2 teens staying here. The set up was very nice, and we had plenty of room. Francesco greeted us when we arrived and checked us in. He was an excellent host. It is a very lovely apartment and he took the time to answer our questions and show us around. We liked the area, even though it is a little bit of a distance from some of the attractions. Being close to the train was very nice. We were able to get where we needed to go for the most part. I will say that the trains were VERY crowded most times we used them. I felt like the neighborhood was safe. There was also a grocery store very close by. There are restaurants and shopping in the train station as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Absolutely loved this place!

My daughter, sister, a friend, and I stayed in Francesco’s apartment for a few days and it was lovely. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed (we appreciated the little touches from Francesco’s wife!). We loved the location, and Francesco was very helpful. Very cool old apartment with lots of character. Absolutely recommend - we would definitely stay here again.

Great property, close to the train. The host was there to check us in and walk through everything when we arrived. Several restaurants and stores nearby. Hop on Hop off tour buses by train station. Was perfect for our needs, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful appartement fully equipped. Enough for a familly of three who wants to spend a week in Rome and enjoy the city. Be aware there is no microwave oven. Not really a problem but worth knowing

Great visit to Rome

The place was well equipped in a great location. Very close to the Termini train station which made it easy to get to places. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and an excellent host. I was with my two adult children, so we each had our own rooms. It could comfortably handle another 2 or 3 people. I highly recommend staying in there.

Tour of Italy

We came in from Milan on the train and this unit was a mere 3 city blocks straight down the street when exiting from the right side station exit/entrance door after leaving the train boarding area. Very convenient, nice quiet neighborhood that was close to restaurants and grocery stores. When leaving, we walked back to the same train station and took a train to the FCO airport without a stop!! Couldn't have worked out any better. The VRBO was beautiful and spacious. Old charm with new amenities. Really quite pleasant. and Francesco was amazing and attentive to any question we had! Highly recommend!
