The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony, and a charming private terrace of approximately 30 square meters.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- BEDROOM 1 with a double bed (160x200 cm), closet, TV, and PRIVATE BATHROOM (shower, sink, toilet, and bidet);

- BEDROOM 2 with a double bed (140x200 cm), walk-in closet, dresser, and TV;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- BALCONY accessible from Bedroom 1;

- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs, benches and a storage chest, a beach umbrella, and a sun lounger.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

- From Rome Fiumicino Airport, you can reach the apartment in 40 minutes by train; get off at Roma Ostiense Station and continue on foot.



- From Rome Ciampino Airport, the property is about an hour away by taking a train to Roma Termini and then Metro Line B to Piramide.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included; you can park (for a fee) in the area surrounding the property.
