Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in the heart of Fiumicino. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three large bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and three spacious balconies.

You can reach the center of Fiumicino with a 5-minute walk, and Fiumicino International Airport is just a 5-minute drive away. If you don’t have a car, no problem—the apartment is located just a few steps from the airport bus stop.

Our spacious and modern apartment is bathed in abundant natural light. Every room—from the living area to the bedrooms and the main bathroom—features large windows that fill the spaces with inviting brightness.
The living area itself is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, a 50-inch smart TV, a practical extendable table, and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher.
The two bathrooms feature a modern design and are fully equipped, including a bidet.
All bedrooms are generously sized, with the master bedroom also featuring an additional 32-inch smart TV.
Furthermore, the apartment’s lighting has been designed to ensure maximum comfort, creating a beautiful atmosphere in the evening.

All the linens we provide—including sheets and towels—are our own (not rented), allowing us to guarantee the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is also accessible by elevator. Guests have access to private parking.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests.

A city tax of 1.5 euros per night per guest is not included in the price and must be paid at check-in. In the case of self-check-in, it must be paid at check-out.
