The lication was great, central, easy walk to main attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. The stairs to the unit were steep, and floor 1 is really floor 2. Fair that I booked knowing about the stairs but in reality, it was tougher than I expected, especially doing them at least a couple of times per day The place is well equipped, I appreciated the washing machine and the iron. Good if you’re fit and don’t mind the stairs.

Location was excellent. Apartment itself was okay. Bathroom could use more ventilation and the shower could use some kind of shelf. We had what we needed for the most part, but with no paper towels provided, we had to wipe up any liquids with the one provided dish towel. Cleaning fees were excessive for such a small space. Stairs were steep and while it's labeled as the 4th floor it's actually 5 flights as the bottom floor is not counted for some reason....lots of steps!!

No elevator and we were on the 7th floor. That is walking up 8 flights of steps. It was brutal. The location was awesome but all of us ages 21 to70 had issues with so many steps.

Good location. Bad key situation.

The apartment boasts a fantastic location near the Spanish Steps, making it ideal for exploring Rome's historic center. However, there's a significant drawback that potential renters should consider. The major issue revolves around the key arrangement. Upon arrival, you receive a single keychain that cannot be separated from individual keys. One of these keys is crucial as it activates the apartment's power supply. This setup becomes inconvenient if you plan to go out separately from your party. If you step out for a quick gelato, for example, you’ll either have to leave the apartment without power or rely on a companion to march down and up the stairs to unlock the main building door and the apartment door for you. There's no lockbox outside the door to store keys, unlike some other rentals. The apartment itself is decent, though the main bedroom's lumpy mattress has suffered from years of continuous use as a rental property. With some adjustments, this place could truly shine for future
