This property is managed by a company, so there isn't the "personal touch" of an individual owner. The management company is responsive to communications, however.
The photos make the property look a little bigger than it really is. The apartment is located on a very nice street in Rome and a convenient place to see the sites you want to see. There are many stores and restaurants close by. One street over is the "most expensive" shopping street in Rome with designer shops.
There were 5 adults in my group. We all had space to sleep, but not "spacious." However when you consider it is in the heart of Rome (a big city) it is exactly what you would expect.
I have a few physical limitations, and the "step up" in both showers was a bit of a challenge for me.
Overall, however, it was a good experience.
