Extra luxury in the heart of the historic center of Rome

  • Our luxury apartment is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen, living room with dining room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom of 10 square meters with shower with emotional waterfall. Restored with precious materials, with parquet floors, original ceilings in exposed wooden beams and LED lighting throughout the apartment. It is located on the third floor without elevator, is equipped with all comforts, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, 3 50-inch TV, safe, courtesy kit and hairdryer, towels and bed linen and kitchen supply, kettle, Nespresso machine, stereo with wire spread throughout the apartment.
    On request it is possible to arrange the return transfer to the airport (not included in the price).

    The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
    For check-in after 10 pm, a supplement of 25 euros is required in cash upon arrival.

We loved our stay at the apartment!! We are a family of Five (three teenagers ) and it was perfect. Great spa like bathroom and the beds were firm and comfortable. If you like gold accents this place is for you ! It was on a third floor walk up so if you want an elevator then this won’t work. Joey the manager was wonderful and very helpful. The location was amazing. Right in the action, one block to Spanish steps! Despite being in a busy area the apartment was not noisy at all. Will definitely return!

This apartment absolutely lived up to the WiFi password: “Gold Apartment.” The place was luxuriously Italian, clean, and looked like the kind of suite where a Roman emperor might casually sip espresso while judging your sandals.The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and averaged over 18,000 steps per day exploring Rome, which made the several flights of stairs to the apartment feel less like an inconvenience and more like part of our unofficial gladiator conditioning program.Host Joey was responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth from start to finish.If you’re looking for modern luxury with authentic Roman charm right in the heart of the historic center, this place delivers.

Fantastic!

Awesome location and a fantastic place! With a beautiful main room and two very cool bedrooms, this was a great find. In the heart of a city only blocks from the Spanish Steps and so many wonderful restaurants. A perfect place in Rome!
