Perfect location to be staying whilst sightseeing in Rome. This place was close to dining, supermarkets and the metro whilst still being fairly quiet at night. Silvia is a fabulous host and very accomodating of our early check in. The place has a kitchen and all you need to cook should you wish. Highly recommend.

Very unique space in the heart of Rome. Sylvie is a fabulous host, who went the extra step to make us comfortable. She recommended some great local restaurants to really settle in. She also has links to local tour groups if needed. Would stay again!

We had a great stay! Four nights and the location was magical. Silvia was a great host and gave in full detail the history of the location when we arrived and was given the tour. The one thing I would warn about is the WiFi was very in and out, so if you need it for work or emails then I would consider an alternative.

It was a very nice place and fully equipped. We had all we needed to prepare a meal. We also had air-conditioning system in both rooms. I liked that the living room was big and had a large windows with shutters to hide from sun. The location was excellent, we walked 10 min to the Pantheon or train station. Our landlady Sylvia, was replying to my messages very quickly and the check-in was very welcoming. If I come back i will stay here again!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour se rendre vers différents lieux notables de Rome, ainsi que du métro.Silvia est adorable et très réactive.Cependant, l'appartement donne sur une ruelle vraiment très bruyante (chaque soir), entre les restaurants en contre bas, et les personnes qui passent ou "se posent" dans la ruelle. Ce qui fait que le bruit est incessant et jusqu'à très tard.Les lits pourraient être plus confortable, car au bout de quelques nuits, cela se ressent.

Appartement très bien situé, près de plusieurs attractions de Rome, de la gare de trains et d’une station de métro. Hôte prompte à répondre à nos question, accommodante et très aidante. Seul bémol: comme le mentionnent plusieurs commentaires, c’est très bruyant en soirée et la nuit puisque les fenêtres donnent sur une ruelle/volée d’escaliers très fréquentée. Ceci ne s’applique pas à la chambre fermée, qui est davantage isolée du bruit.

Séjour de 5 jours en famille

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Rome ! L'appartement est idéalement situé pour accéder aux sites historiques de la ville à pieds. Métro et arrêts de bus sont à proximité et il y a tous les commerces nécessaires aux alentours : restaurants, cafés, glaceries, supérettes, etc. Le quartier est très vivant, c'est ce que nous recherchions. Silvia est adorable et accueille ses visiteurs avec grand plaisir. Le logement est bien équipé et climatisé, ce qui est appréciable quand les températures extérieures sont très élevées comme cela a été le cas pendant notre séjour. Bref, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pu séjourner chez Silvia et gardons un merveilleux souvenir de nos vacances romaines. Grazie mille e arrivederci Silvia !

Perfect location for exploring Rome!

Everything about this apartment is wonderful. From the kind hosts to the lovely courtyard to the beautiful windows, mystay was absolutely incredible. The location is amazing for exploring Rome by foot - although the Monti neighborhood is so charming you don’t have to go very far to get the true Rome vibe.

Original retreat

The apartment is located above a large public stairs, so there is hardly car noise. However, unless it is not raining on weekends it can ber very loud during night, as people tend to meet and drink there. The many big windows are great, but they don't offer any sound reduction. The situation in the other smaller room is better in this regard. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was painted and equipped in a very nice and stylish design many years ago, but could need some new work in some areas.
