  • Flaminia is a spacious, comfortable, and clean house in the heart of Rome, accommodating up to 6 guests. The apartment is air-conditioned, offers free WiFi, and includes two comfortable bedrooms, an elegant living room with sofa bed for two people, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Relax on the sofa bed while watching TV, enjoy cooking for your fellow travellers using the kitchenette with induction hob. There is also a nice dining table where you can dine, share an aperitif or have a drink together. A capsule coffee machine and a kettle are available on the kitchen counter. Great central location and within walking distance to all major attractions. Small kitchen was very nice. Only unfortunate issues were with plugged shower drain and hot water tank failing on last day.

Perfect location in a quietly tucked away neighborhood. Perfectly located near the Colosseum. The property was incredibly clean and exactly what we needed as a family of four!

The Host was the most unweloming of any VRBO host I have stayed with in Rome over the past 15 years The Bathroom sink did not have Hot Water! The television did not offer any local TV stations, and no International TV such as BBC or CNNCheck out was an EARLY 10am, but the cleaning staff were knocking on the door at 9:40am Very Very Annoying!
