The apartment is located in a prestigious building, with concierge service, located on the right bank of the Tiber, in the vibrant Prati district and precisely on Piazza Cola di Renzo, a few minutes away from Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Vatican and the Lepanto metro station (line A) - which will allow you to easily reach all the main tourist attractions of the city.

The apartment can only be reached without a lift and is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility or disabilities.

The large two-room apartment of about 60 square meters is quiet and very bright. The renovation and furnishing of the apartment were completed in March 2019. It has been embellished with high-quality finishes and has been equipped with an alarm, safe, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, 32-inch TV, Apple TV, USB sockets, internet, Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, mirror (80-180 cm), complete recycling kit, single guest bed (for a possible third guest/child), central heating and air conditioning for the warmer seasons.

The modern style of the apartment blends beautifully with period pieces. The fine cement tiles embellish the bathroom and kitchen, giving a delicate vintage touch.

The enchanting bedroom, overlooking Via Cola di Rienzo, features English wallpaper, a luxurious curtain and an imposing double bed.

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash

4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20
9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day
