Located in the heart of the Rione Colonna, a historic district in Rome’s city center, just a short walk from the Tiber River, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, and the Trevi Fountain (among many other landmarks!), Casa Torretta, recently renovated, offers two spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

Set in a refined and elegant atmosphere, enhanced by beautifully decorated ceilings, the large living area of this holiday home managed by FromHometoRome features two sofas and a dining table with seating for six guests. The kitchen is located just next to the living area: simple yet fully equipped, it is ideal for preparing quick snacks or full meals.

A washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine are available for guests, along with air conditioning throughout the apartment and free Wi-Fi.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
(With self check-in, guests may enter after 9:00 PM at no extra cost.)

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Upon request, we may be flexible with check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

Self Check-in & Regulations

Check-in is normally self check-in. To receive access details, guests must complete an online form with all legally required information.

If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self check-in, check-in will be carried out in person between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. A late check-in fee of €50 applies for arrivals after 9:00 PM.

An additional €35 fee applies for in-person check-ins on the following dates:

January 1

Easter Sunday

August 15

For self check-in, it is mandatory that guests complete the online form sent at the time of booking, including valid ID details, as required by Italian law.
The form must be completed within 48 hours prior to arrival in Rome and includes mandatory rental contracts that must be signed.
Completing the form takes approximately 5 minutes.
