We loved Rome however we had problems with one of the rooms and the check-in process was inadequate. We had different understanding of when rooms would be available which is documented.
There were 14 people in group for three rooms. While she explained codes for getting in and out and internet, nothing was written down. Problems we had were with getting lights, oven, coffee machine to work. I would recommend in addition to verbal instructions, you should have written ones located in room. I have rental property and have a small binder with key information.
Also recommend you advertise how close you are to metro and have metro maps in room. Metro was easy way to get around. Highlight key stops for Vatican, Spanish Stairs…..
