GuestHost - Basic Studio - 350 m far from Fontana di Trevi
A functional and simple 20-square-meter studio apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a historic building without an elevator. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and an 8-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. The studio apartment is ideally located for visiting the city’s main attractions comfortably on foot.
The building is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL); please be mindful of this. Parking is available at the Avignonesi garage, a 2-minute walk away.
The interior is laid out as follows:
- KITCHENETTE with electric stovetop, refrigerator, moka pot, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;
- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with a double bed, a small table with a drop-leaf, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heat pump heating, split-system air conditioning (one unit), hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance to the apartment building.
To reach the studio apartment, you will need to go through a door on the first floor of the building and climb some stairs. The entrance is on the right, unit A.
There are steps leading up to one of the windows in the studio apartment.
Hot water is provided by a water heater; you may need to wait for it to heat up.
No bidet—a handheld showerhead is provided.
Please note that the bathroom window and one of the windows in the living/sleeping area overlook the terrace of the neighboring apartment. The third window overlooks the trash collection area.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay

The studio apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in one of the city’s most beautiful and charming neighborhoods, chosen as the setting for Fellini’s film *La Dolce Vita* as a symbol of Roman culture around the world. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Spanish Steps, and in Piazza Barberini, you’ll find the MM Barberini metro station, which will allow you to easily reach all the main points of interest (a 3-minute walk from the apartment).

The property is located within the restricted traffic zone (ZTL); please pay attention to access points. You can park on the street for a fee (there are few parking spots in the area since it’s right in the city center) or at the Avignonesi garage, a 2-minute walk away.
Please note that check-in times must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

Check-ins after 1:00 AM cannot be arranged
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
