It is well connected with two Metro and Bus stops on the same street. If you are looking for a quiet apartment with a strategic location in the city center suitable for families and groups of friends, this is the place for you!

The Penthouse is located in a Prestigio Building on the 7th floor with Elevator, what makes it unique is the large terrace with a view of the whole city and the Dome of St. Peter's, also ideal for having breakfast, having a meal, sunbathing or being lulled by the rocking of the swing.

Inside consists of: DINING ROOM: with Kitchenette included with Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher. There is no lack of Dining Table and completely new Sofa Bed.

BEDROOM: Double Bed with fabrics to make a pleasant rest, Wardrobe and HD Smart TV to connect YouTube, Spotify, Netflix etc.

BATHROOM: including Washbasin, Mirror, Hair Dryer, Toilet, Bidet and Shower Box, will not miss the Welcome Kit.

Suitable for a Group of Friends or a Family in tow with Children who are looking for their corner of rest and tranquility while still remaining in a strategic location where leaving the Palace they can have everything they need within minutes.

It has been completely renovated and thought in the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay. Due to its height it is very bright and also has Air Conditioning, fast and free Wi Fi and a Laundry area on the Terrace including Washing Machine, Sink and Clothesline.

We are located in the Ciprio neighborhood that borders the Vatican City, more precisely the beautiful Vatican Gardens and Monte Ciocci, a vantage point where one can observe the city with different eyes, often used to create outdoor events from film festivals to concerts. The neighborhood has no shortage of stores, supermarkets, clubs for all needs and is connected by Metro, Buses and Taxis are also available.

Wonderful

This appartment is an eye catcher. If you want to stay in a very special place, you should come here. All the appartment is furnished very tastefully, it was super clean and there is literally everything one needs. In the evenings, after long days of work and sightseeing I enjoyed a glass of wine on the balkony, which is really large. Even though the appartment is in a metropolitan neighbourhhod it is very quiet. As this place is not very close to the most wonderful touristic places, it is important to know that you can easily reach public transportation from here within a few minutes, busses leave every 5 to ten minutes, even at night..
