"Clean: We found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Staff: The only little concern I had was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast was great. She spent a lot of time on her phone talking to a friend while she was working. My daughter and I were there shortly before the breakfast hours were up. We were watching the TV while we were eating. The attendant shut off the TV while we were watching it. Then she went up toward the front desk and shut off all the lights in the dining area while we were still there and left us in the dark. I was very surprised. The drawers of the night stand between the two Queen beds were all taped shut. It should have been repaired or replaced. Overall, I would probably stay here again for the sake of convenience."

"Great place to spend the night. Staff were friendly and the hotel was well appointed and clean. I was travelling with my two dogs and did get charged an extra fee for that that wasn’t mentioned when I booked (I was kind of expecting it, I mention it so people are aware)."

"We stayed here for one night while visiting Buttermilk Falls, and it was a great choice. We booked the suite and were honestly surprised by how spacious it was. It had two double beds plus a pull-out sofa bed, and it still felt roomy. The room was clean, and having a microwave and mini fridge made the stay even more convenient. We didn't arrive until after midnight, but check-in was quick and easy. Check-out the next morning was just as seamless. The only issue we encountered was with the bench in our room. While my husband was simply sitting on it to tie his shoelaces, one end suddenly gave way, causing the bench to collapse. Thankfully, he wasn't injured. We reported it to a staff member who appeared to be a housekeeping attendant (he was carrying towels) and showed him the broken bench. He didn't really react, so we're not sure if he understood us, but hopefully the issue was reported and the bench has since been repaired or replaced for future guests. Since we were only in the area for hiking, this hotel was exactly what we needed—comfortable, clean, and within an hour of Buttermilk Falls. Despite the bench incident, we'd definitely stay here again the next time we're back in the area."

"Enjoyed our overnight get-away! Hotel room and bath were exceptionally clean as was the casino and other businesses on premises. Needed medical attention (allergic reaction) and must say the EMT and security team member were very professional. Luckily I didn't need further assistance."
