In the commune of Rombach-le-Franc, we offer this charming, south-east-facing, renovated family house with mountain views. It measures 104 m² and can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation includes :
- A 13 m² living room with sofa, coffee table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area

- A reading/games room with armchairs and coffee table
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A 20 m² terrace with a bench, table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Rombach-le-Franc, in a very pleasant setting with views of the Vosges forests and mountains. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- Charming gîte ideally located for hiking and cycling enthusiasts.
- Just 10 minutes from Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, 20 minutes from Sélestat, 40 minutes from Colmar and 50 minutes from Strasbourg, the gîte offers easy access to the region's main attractions.
- You'll also be 20 minutes from the famous Alsace Wine Route, where you can sample local specialities such as sauerkraut and tarts flambées in traditional winstubs.
- Near your accommodation, you'll be able to enjoy a number of not-to-be-missed festivities: the Corso Fleuri in Sélestat, the Colmar Wine Fair, the Strasbourg European Fair, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (1 vehicle) and in the street of the accommodation.

- Nearest train station : Selestat, about 16 km away (22 min by car)
- Nearest airport : Strasbourg, about 61 km away (53 min by car) and Bsel-Mulhouse, 93 km away (1h05 by car).
