「We had a wonderful stay at this home in Rogue River. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable after long days of exploring Southern Oregon. The location was excellent—quiet and peaceful, while still being convenient to Grants Pass, the Rogue River, and many local attractions. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with...

「Beautifully done modern home in the heart of Rogue River. This place has all you’ll need for a perfect stay. I’ve never had a rental with a kitchen so well stocked with everything to cook and eat with. The master bed is so comfortable you won’t want to get out of it. The host is very friendly and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!」

「Great place to stay! The back deck overlooking the river was great for morning coffee and evening chats and the jacuzzi was a wonderdul treat :)」

「Easy location to find, quiet neighborhood, comfy beds and perfect for my dogs. I would recommend people to stay there.」

「Very nice little cottage. Clean and modern.」

「Where do I even start! My family and I loved everything this little home had to offer. It was so comfortable and felt like home. The bathroom was big and spacious while the beds were comfy as well. Thank you Wendy for letting us stay in your home while we were out playing on the river. It felt great to come back to a space that was cool and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back and visit.」

「Great Stay!」

「I am very pleased with our stay and the host’s prompt responses to questions and unexpected events (such as a wild fire nearby and therefore the area power being turned off temporarily). My teenagers liked the place so that is very high marks. Parking was a little tricky, since we arrived after dark, but the host did explain that in her check-in details list. I do recommend this listing and will stay again, given the opportunity.」

「Great place! Easy check in. They provided all info. I never needed anything. Such a perfect vacation! Only slightly sad about the fire pit being out of propane, and the mattress being weird memory foam and super hot.The hot tub was such a blessing!」

「Rustic vibe, cozy」

「Great location near the park and river. Host was very helpful when original access code did not work.」

「This home is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. It had all the amenities that anyone would need and we really enjoyed the back patio and bbq. It is close to shopping and many restaurants. 」

「This is a beautiful property. We stayed here two years ago, and I will say, I was disappointed to see that there were maintenance issues that had not been repaired since that stay. The stained glass window of the front door was broken in 12 of '24 and it is even more broken now--repaired with clear wide tape. The ice maker bin in the fridge was removed; the center flap that seals the right-hand French door of the fridge was broken (nearly off the whole door) so that every time one opened the...

「Was great and nice House」

「Truly 3 BR and 1 BA with an extra toliet in the laundry room. Game room is in the garage which was a good iae of the space. Most of the house was modern, except for the kitchen cabinets. House was well stocked with everything you could need. The hot tub was newer and easy to use. AC worked well even during the heat wave. The host was very quick to respond to all communication. Would book again.」
